Rui Ribeiro is an invited professor at the Departament of Information System of the University of Minho, and Technical Co-Coordinator of EPMQ (Software Engineering and Data Intelligence) R&I Department at CCG. He holds a PhD in Information Systems and Technology from University of Minho, and a MSc degree in Engineering and Management of Information Systems. His main research interests are Requirements Engineering and Machine Learning. He is the author and co-author of scientific publications in the area of Machine Learninga and Software Engineering. He participated in several national projects as researcher and project management and  is integrated in the research group SEMAG (http://semag.algoritmi.uminho.pt/) of the ALGORITMI Center of University of Minho.
